At LONG ISLAND FRAGRANCES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a fragrance may not be the perfect match for you. Our 30-day return policy allows you to try our products with confidence.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- In original, unopened packaging
- Have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Sample vials and decants
- Limited edition or sale items marked as "Final Sale"
3. Return Process
We've made our return process simple and convenient. Please follow these steps to return your item:
Contact Customer Service
Email our support team at info@lifragrances.com or call (555) 123-4567 to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning your item.
Package Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible. Include the RA number and your order details in the package.
Ship Your Return
Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
- Denied Refunds: If your return doesn't meet our policy requirements, we will notify you and may ship the item back to you.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Please be aware of the following regarding return shipping costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
- If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund including original shipping costs
