1. Shipping Information

At LONG ISLAND FRAGRANCES, we are committed to delivering your luxurious fragrances to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping information below to understand our delivery process and options.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays in processing your order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

4. Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your package by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the "My Orders" section in your account
  • Contacting our customer service team with your order number

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the alcohol content in fragrances, there are some shipping restrictions to certain regions. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

If you have concerns about shipping to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

6. Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, including the correct shipping address and contact information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses provided by the customer.

Currently LIFragrances is operating ONLY in U.S. Orders placed within USA will be processed and shipped. International shipping is not available.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate lost packages or file claims for damaged items
  • If a package is confirmed lost or damaged, we will either resend your order or provide a refund
  • Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if you have not received your package or if items arrive damaged
